In most cases, products are delivered by Gebruder Weiss courier service.
Personal pick-up is possible at our company premises.
The Webshop is unable to store ordered products for more than 5 working days and therefore cannot deliver them later, the User must make the payment within 5 working days of the order. The Webshop will endeavour to meet the delivery deadline, but will not be liable if the above normal delivery time cannot be met. In the event of any delay, the Webshop is not obliged to notify the customer, but will do its best to inform the User accordingly.
At the time of delivery, the User is obliged to check the integrity of the package, the number of items and sign the receipt. In the event of damaged packaging, the fault must be recorded on the spot. It is also recommended to check the integrity of the product upon receipt, and in the case of a quantity shortage or damaged product, record it in a report on the spot.
The User may receive the product with undamaged packaging only at his own risk. We are not able to accept subsequent, unrecorded complaints!
If the package is not received during delivery, the carrier leaves a notification of this fact and then attempts to deliver the package up to two more times. The User must provide a delivery address and telephone number that is available in the above time slot, it can even be a work address.

Personal pick-up at the company's premises

The ordered product can be picked up on business days at the company's premises at 4002 Debrecen, Külső Kassai u. 57. between 8:00-15:30.
In all cases, you can collect the package after prior to phone arrangement.
If there is no phone arrangement, we cannot guarantee that the ordered product will be available for collection at the company's premises.
